What is your body telling you?

WHAT IS YOUR BODY TELLING YOU?

What is your body telling you? So let’s see, you’re a ball of emotions. You have physical health issues. You go from day to day hoping it’ll be different.

This is so common among us all. I am personally going through something internally and my body is responding with physical pain. It’s taking quite a while to heal. Slowly getting there but still painful.

So what is going on? What internal pain am I suffering? Well to tell you the truth, I do not know 100% myself. What I do know is that I am struggling with decision making, time management, accomplishing tasks necessary for my business, barely having any time for myself, restricting myself on a lot of things, and so on.

So, if you have any physical pain, any health issues, or even stress, then your body is speaking to you loudly. And it’s time to listen.

Don’t ignore the signals. Instead do the opposite of what you would normally do on a daily basis (with respect to the situation of course). But seriously, what can go wrong? What do you have to lose?

If you don’t do anything, will your health change, will your stress go away, will you be a different person, will you be going forward?

Chances are, most of us don’t do anything because we’re afraid that things will not go our way. We’re scared that it’s another lose lose situation. We’re just afraid to take the leap, no matter how small or big it seems.

And that’s good. Fear is what you need to avoid dangerous situations. If a lion is chasing you, that is when you should be afraid. But ultimately, the situation that we’re afraid of is nothing more than just our internal voice. There is no lion chasing us. It is the lack of our own faith in ourselves.

But what if you have a family and you need to consider them before making any decisions? Yes, always do that. But also look at yourself and what is it that YOU want. Is this decision going to affect your family greatly? Is it going to be hurtful? Or is this decision going to support them in the long run? You always have to look at the bigger picture.

Stop looking back and repeating the ‘what ifs.’ History tends to repeat itself because we created that paradigm within us, within our subconscious. Our mind is trying to protect us and have us repeat the same cycle over and over because that is where it is comfortable.

It’s time to get uncomfortable. It’s time to put yourself first. It’s time for you to succeed at whatever goal you have. I’m rooting for you. Let’s get this physical health problem resolved. Dive deep into your mind and see what is ailing you. And please leave comments below, I love reading them. Plus it helps me create more content like it if it resonates.

Thanks friend and I will see you next time.!
